Writing : Ancestry Poems
Through the weeks in writing , Room 9 has been learning about poetry and the different types . We also learned about language features that were in some poems that we read . After those lessons we then started to learn about " Ancestry Poems " . Soon we had to come up with our own so we read some examples to help us . Then we started planning our ancestry poems to see how it would turn out . After that planning we started our actual poems .
